4) Bids must be delivered to the UNDP Maldives, UN Building, Buruzumagu, Male’, Maldives at or before 12:00, hours Maldives time on 6 November 2008.  Late bids shall be rejected.

5) Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ Representatives, who choose to attend, at 12:30 , Maldives time, on 6 November 2008 at the UNDP Office in Male’ at the address mentioned Above.

6) Prospective Offerors requiring any clarification of the Solicitation Documents may notify the procuring UNDP entity in writing at least Ten days  (10) days before the set dead line through the following email ali.muhaazam@undp.org. Clarifications will be posted on the designated web site on 4 November 2008. Clarifications received after this date will not be accepted.
